Split/Second vs RaceRoom Racing Experience : In this article, we will be comparing two very popular Racing games. However, RaceRoom Racing Experience is fighting a really tough opponent here, as we all know how popular Split/Second is. But is Split/Second better than RaceRoom Racing Experience at gameplay? Let’s find out.
Split/Second
Split/Second is an arcade racing video game, released for Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 3, and Xbox 360. It was developed by Black Rock Studio and published by Disney Interactive Studios.
In Split/Second, players take part in a fictional reality TV program where participants race for money and glory. Throughout a race, players can build up their “power play” meter by performing stunts, such as jumps and mid-air overtakes, and precision driving, such as drafting opponents and drifting. This is the major part of the gameplay.
RaceRoom Racing Experience
RaceRoom Racing Experience is a free-to-play racing simulator for Microsoft Windows. It was developed by Sector3 Studios, and published by RaceRoom Entertainment AG.
The developers’ aim is to provide an authentic racing experience through detailed car and track models as well as realistic car behaviour and sounds. The game provides a selection of free-to-play race cars and tracks to drive in multiplayer and single player games modes. Sponsored competitions and other free-to-play events allow users to use premium game content at no cost.
Conclusion
Split/Second vs RaceRoom Racing Experience : Even though both Split/Second and RaceRoom Racing Experience are both from the same genre and series, they feel like two completely different games. Both the games are amazing and it is very hard to choose among them.
Personally, I prefer Split/Second over RaceRoom Racing Experience because I prefer that game and I have put in a lot of hours into it. However, gameplay-wise, both the games offer an equal amount of entertainment value. If you haven’t played either of these games, I suggest you to try Split/Second.
