Ring of Elysium vs Garena Free Fire: In this article, we will be comparing two very popular Battle Royale games in recent times. However, keep in mind that Ring of Elysium is a PC game, and Garena Free Fire is a mobile game. But is one game better than the other at core gameplay? Let’s find out.
Ring of Elysium
Ring of Elysium is a Multiplayer Online Battle Royale game developed by Tencent Games, the creators of PUBG.
You are dropped onto an island along with 59 other players, and you have to battle it out to survive. The goal is to be on one of the 4 seats in the rescue helicopter.
Ring of Elysium explores a lot of fresh elements in the Battle Royale genre which makes it unique compared to other games. Although it is also a typical shooter, there are various niche details which makes it special.
Garena Free Fire
Garena Free Fire is a survival shooter Battle Royale game with each match being as quick as 10-minutes. Free Fire places you on a remote island where you are put against 49 other players.
It has easy to use controls and decent graphics. In Free fire, players can freely choose their starting point with their parachute and aim to stay in the safe zone for as long as possible.
Players can drive vehicles to explore the vast map, hide in trenches, or become invisible by proning under grass. Create squads of up to 4 players and establish communication with your squad at the very first moment.
Ring of Elysium vs Garena Free Fire: As you must have guessed, these games are very similar to each other. However, Ring of Elysium is a PC game, while Garena Free Fire is a mobile game.
Hence, gameplay-wise these two titles are quite a bit different, as they have their own flavour. It’s quite clear that both these games are quite good and entertaining, so the only question is: Do you prefer playing on your computer or your mobile.
If you prefer playing on PC, go for Ring of Elysium. If you are a mobile gamer, go for Garena Free Fire. I personally prefer Ring of Elysium because I’m a PC gamer.
