Red Dead Redemption II
VS
Uncharted 4
The 2nd installment of the Red Dead Redemption surely have cemented its place in being best looking Video game in the history of all time, and yes it surpasses Uncharted 4
Which was the best game of the past five years.
RDR2 is a game of big themes and even bigger ideas. The evils of creeping capitalism. Corrupt regimes. The loss of long-held beliefs. With its contextual conversations, where its outlaw lead can either greet or antagonise hundreds of bespoke NPCs, the game also tries to move open-worlds forward.
This time Red Dead Redemption II flaunts a more happy and less trigger approach although you do end up killing hundreds this time too.
Playing on a Xbox One at the highest settings, the visuals look astonishing and is sharp, most of the lighting, sound and weather effects are top notch – and there are little to none glitches.
RDR2 is a ready-made anecdote generator. Sit a dozen people down with the game and I’ll bet you Clint Eastwood’s last Fistful of Dollars every last one would see scenarios totally individual to their playthrough. Rockstar’s extraordinary open-world is as wide as it is deep. This is an adventure so stuffed full of amazing emergent moments, when the end credits roll after a full week of captivating, criminal play, there are enough incredible memories to fill ten lesser games.
There is no denying the fact that Uncharted 4 : The thief’s end was the Best looking Game for the last 5 years till Red Dead Redemption came out But let’s not forget the Uncharted 4.
Though it would be wrong to say that The uncharted 4 has less action than the RDRII as it has Outrageous action choreography and wonderful PARKOUR, And did I forget to say the epic car chase.
The game seems to be nicely done as we speak, but the game slows you down as the story is kinda uninteresting but keeps you interested with constant curiosity during repetitive gameplay.
The story is nicely laid out and allows you to follow the path line that the developers want you to follow. 5/5 to naughty Dog for that.
While traveling you can now reach out for platforms by controlling Nate like a with the DualShock thumbstick, which leads to fluid, unbroken climbing. A new 4×4 controls well over tricky terrain, and Uncharted 4’s camera worships Nate’s grappling hook
There are situations where you find yourself in middle of a group but don’t worry you’ll always find a way through it.
While encountering allows you to takedown enemies in stealthy way as the game takes place in conditions where there is long grass or blind spots from an enemy’s perspective.
The game is incredibly detailed like when snow settles on Nate’s hair, Green underwater plant, reflection of and oil painting. It may be capped at 30FPS but sure is the best game of this lineup.
Sure, there are side missions after the main mission but they aren’t as intuitive as RDRII.
