The PUBG Mobile India Series 2019 Tournament has concluded. The tournament had a total prize pool of 1 Crore INR, and was sponsored by Oppo. NODWIN Gaming was also a part of this tournament – they handled the live-streams, broadcasts, and other content of the grand finals which were held G.M.C Balayogi Indoor Stadium, Hyderabad.
The Results
Team S0UL took home 30 Lakhs INR after winning the tournament, and were also awarded with Oppo Smartphones. This was followed by Team God’s Reign at the second place, who won 10 Lakhs INR. Team Funky Monkey stood third and won 5 Lakhs INR. Here are the final PUBG Mobile India Series results!
Here are the other awards, given to teams and players for winning various titles –
- Team Soul wins ‘The Exterminator’ for maximum kills
- Team Maximus Alpha wins ‘The Healers’ for maximum revives
- Rounak from Team Soul wins ‘Rampage Freak’ for surviving the longest
- Kaushal from Team God’s Reign wins ‘The Lone Ranger’ for maximum kills in a single lobby
- Satan from Team Maximus Alpha wins ‘The Redeemer’ for most health restored
All these teams and players were awarded an additional 50,000 INR for winning this title.
The PUBG Mobile India Series 2019 was an incredibly successful tournament, with over 400,000 games being played at the qualifiers stage. Aneesh Aravand, General Manager of Tencent Games india mentioned that the tournament amassed 35 million views across Facebook, Sony Liv, and YouTube. The PUBG Mobile Campus Championship won by Team The Terrifying Nightmares was held previously had a prize pool of 50 Lakhs INR, and this one doubles down on that. The future of PUBG Mobile Esports looks bright!
