PUBG Global Invitational 2018 Charity Showdown – Winners, Rankings and Highlights

The PUBG Global Invitational 2018 Charity Showdown Tournament just ended and it was a huge blast. Popular gaming personalities like Shroud, DrDisRespect, Ninja, Muselk, along with many other popular streamers and professional players competed in this tournament. Here is a recap with team standings and highlights.

Winners & Rankings

Congratulations Team Papa! The legendary team had Team Gen.G Gold’s wildcard players Sim “SimSn” Hoon and Kim “EscA” In-jae (who also won the TPP Most Kills and Longest Survivor Intel Players) along with Koo “Evermore” Gyo-min and Juankorea. They’ll be taking home a total of $600,000 Prize Money ($150,000 per team member) which will be donated to the charity of their choice. The Gen.G Gold players absolutely dominated the battlefield in the earlier TPP Tournament and won the game, and now they’ve proven themselves again in the PUBG Global Invitational FPP Mode Charity Showdown event.

Coming at the second place, we have Team Alpha with three players from Team Four Angry Men (4AM) – Kenny, GuCun, and GodV. They earned a total of $300,000 worth of prize money which translates to $75,000 per player. Lastly, at the third place we have Team Fox which had Voxsic and TEXQS from Team Pittsburgh Knights, along with Ben and Rowan from Team Viva La Dirt League.

Popular streamers such as Shroud, Ninja and DrDisrespect showed off incredible feat of skill in the PUBG Global Invitational 2018 Charity Showdown event and made some very phenomenal highlights but they weren’t able to finish under top 3 in the tournament.

The last event!

We’re now heading towards the final and most awaited event of the PUBG Global Invitational 2018 – The FPP Mode Tournament. The finals are tomorrow and we’re all very excited to see who’ll win. Team Gengi.G GOLD are surely very strong and they might just be the most dominating team in the entire tournament if they win the FPP Tournament as well.
