ILG Cup Season 3 soon to be under way

This week, LXG announced that the season 3 of the Indian LAN Gaming (ILG) Cup is all set to take place in the month of June.

The total prize pool will be Rs. 1.6 crore- which will in two parts, Rs. 1.1 crore being in cash and Rs. 50 Lac worth gaming gear.

The event will be held in twenty cities including the major cities of India, like Mumbai, Delhi, Lucknow, Jaipur, etc. This will take place over a period of 9 months at the end of which a LAN event will choose the champion team.

There will be a total of 8 titles this time in ILG Cup Season 3. Seven out of the eight titles have been announced. These include DOTA 2, CS:GO, FIFA 19, WCC Rivals, Super Smash Bros Ultimate, PUBG Mobile and Tekken 7. The 8th title will be a surprise and will be announced later.

A new and exciting feature of this event would be the ‘Play, Win, Earn’. In this, one could participate in the various activities during the event and earn G Tokens which could later be redeemed for an appropriate value of the Rs. 50 Lacs worth of gaming gear and various merchandise.

The title sponsor for ILG would be Dell Gaming | Alienware, powered by Logitech G, with associate sponsors being Nextwave Multimedia and GPU partner Galax.
