God of War Limited And Collector's Edition Available For Pre-Order In India

Back in January, Sony announced some new special editions for the PlayStation 4 exclusive, God of War, namely the limited edition and the collector’s edition. Today we have a report that both the editions will get an Indian release. Here is all the information you need to know, should you choose to order one.

God of War Limited Edition

The Limited Edition includes the game, a Steel Book embossed with a Huldra Bros logo, a physical copy of the artbook made by Dark Horse and some cool in-game items like the Death’s Vow armor set, Exile’s Guardian Shield and a God of War PS4 theme.

The Limited Edition of the game will be available for the price of ₹4999.

God of War Collector’s Edition

The Collector’s edition is quite similar to the US exclusive Stone Mason Edition. It includes a 9” statue that was crafted by the team in collaboration with the folks at Gentle Giant, a cloth map, an exclusive lithograph, a Steel Book which includes the game and the Huldra Brothers carving pack. It also includes in-game items like the Death’s Vow armor set, Exile’s Guardian Shield, God of War’s PS4 theme and last but not the least, a comic book and an artbook made by Dark Horse.

The Collector’s Edition of the game will be available for the price of ₹9490.

God of War is a Playstation exclusive being developed by Santa Monica Studios and is quite different from its predecessors. The game is now set in the Norse Mythology and has Kratos wielding a new weapon called the Leviathan Axe as supposed to the Chains of Chaos that we have been all familiar with. Now accompanied by his son Atreus, the game will now have an over-the-shoulder free look camera as opposed to the fixed cinematic camera seen in the previous titles. Furthermore, the game will not have any loading screens or fade-to-black transitions as the developers want to present the game in a whole singular experience with no interruptions.
