Fallout 76 vs Fortnite: In this article, we will be comparing two very popular Battle Royale games in our generation. However, Fallout 76 is fighting a really tough opponent here, as we all know how popular Fortnite currently is. But is Fortnite better than Fallout 76 at gameplay? Let’s find out.
Fallout 76

Fallout 76 is an online action role-playing game in the Fallout series that was released on November 14, 2018. It was developed by Bethesda Game Studios and published by Bethesda Softworks. I know what some of you might be wondering. Why are we comparing an online action role-playing game with a Battle Royale game? This is because Fallout 76 has a very popular Battle Royale mode called Nuclear Winter.
Nuclear Winter uses many base features of the game, but expands upon them in Nuclear Winter. Players start off in Vault 51, which is set on a timer or until the maximum player count is achieved. It will then prompt an on-screen map where teams can choose where they spawn. Nuclear Winter features parts from the base game such as building using collected blueprints and the ability to launch nuclear payloads via collecting multiple launch codes and a briefcase.
Fortnite

Fortnite is a battle royale game that has a really unique element of construction. Fortnite also has some cool emotes and a wide variety of characters skins to use in-game. This game also has a great feature called cross-platform which allows Mobile, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, Mac and Windows PC players to play together. The best part about Fortnite is how Epic Games interacts with their community, with exclusive, live in-game events and frequent patch updates which keeps the game fresh.
Currently, Fortnite is at the #3 spot for games with the highest amount of prize-pool in Esports.
Conclusion
Fallout 76 vs Fortnite: Fortnite and Fallout 76 are both very popular games right now. However, I prefer Fallout 76 over Fortnite because I have been playing the Fallout 76 series for a very long time now.
I suggest you try both the games, as both of them offer the same Battle Royale experience with a unique flavour of their own.
