Let me start off this article with this – don’t get confused with Mobile Legends: Bang Bang, which is a MOBA game of the same universe of Mobile Legends Adventure, and developed by Moonton. This one has the gameplay of an idle RPG, in which you have your units to develop automatically in battle, ganning experience, gold and other resources while you are away or with the game closed, and the point it’s to be improving your units, summoning new ones or getting better equipment as you develop better into the game.
Usually AFK farming games have a low quality on design or abilities, but Mobile Legends Adventure in particular has a good design of in-combat unit, probably because of being the same creators as the MOBA game, but also the animations when doing their special movements are really good animated, feeling like watching a short animation, making it pretty satisfying to see.
The story is really well animated too, being in a comic-like development of events when something big happens. So we can see how de developers did a really good job with the animation in Mobile Legends Adventure.
It’s pretty much easy to understand, just click into battle and your units do all the fighting. You can tap the abilities or use the Auto mode. You just keep on going in campaign until you get stucked in some part that your heroes can’t continue, and then start upgrading and improving everyone you have.
There is an option called instant reward, which will make 120 minutes of AFK rewards (coins exp etc). First time its free but after that you have to pay with gems.
In the main menu just click on wishing shrine, you will use the purple diamonds resource for the summonings as well as summoning scrolls. Also, you can gain shards of heroes by quests/events/story, when you get enough you will automatically summon the hero.
The summoning rates are:
5 star – 5%
4 star – 8%
3 star – 45%
2 star – 42%
The mileage in Mobile Legends Adventure is about Chest points, each summon grants 10 chest points, with 1.000 you can open a chest to recieve a random 5 star “Epic Hero”. To be able to summon it you need to reach VIP 3 (paying money) or Celar Campaing 11-15.
Role and element
There are several roles with specialities.
Tank: able to soak damage/bring crowd control/deal some damage with some certain abilities, making them able to stand for longer than other units in the fight.
Fighters: off tanks, being able to deal a good amount of damage and soaking some of the damage as well. Usually have life steal or HP regeneration
Mages: usually have powerful AOE skills being top damage dealers with other of the roles which I will explain below
Marksman: ranged damage dealers like mages, but they focus on their auto attacks instead of the abilities, which usually bring more damage to their auto attacks or have some decent damage, not comparable to mages.
Supports: they restore health for all the party or bring some interesting buff to make your offensive units even deadlier/tanks even more tanky to soak everything.
Assassins: the pain bringers for squishy units, doing burst damage and reducing armor, they focus on a single target
Units also have a different element, being a rock paper scissors job, dealing 30% extra/less damage to the other element.
Elemental (green) strong against Tech (blue)
Tech (blue) strong against Martial (red)
Martial (red) strong against Elemental (green)
Light (yellow) strong against Dark (purple)
Dark (purple) strong against Light (yellow)
The gear will make the difference in stats for the units, so always check you have the best quality items. Common quality is the only one not upgradable, after that you can upgrade all items.
The rarity of the characters goes from “Common” (2 stars) to “Epic Hero” (5 stars). You can upgrade them to more stars. For that you need two duplicate copies of that hero and must be max leveled up.
A hero can reach up to 6 stars rarity by upgrade.
Also after they reach a certain level they will unlock other abilities, so keep that in mind while thinking about which unit to level up.
In Mobile Legends Adventure you can find different game modes:
Arena: you will fight against other player team and you will get diamonds and coins based on your rank
Tower of Bable: challenge each floor gaining different prizes to upgrade your team
Labyrinth: a dungeon explorer in which your team will have to fight against monsters, getting lots of good prizes.
Tavern: afk quests in which you send your heroes to get some prizes after waiting for the time the quest say
Tips and tricks
Remember to always do the daily quests since they bring diamonds and other handful resources.
Always look for the achievements since they also give a generous amount of gems for the summons.
After reaching stage 6-5 or being VIP 2 (paying money) you will unlock Speed X2 in-game.
In the gallery you will obtain for each hero you summon 100 diamonds, so always try to review it each time you summon, since they get handy.
When you can’t continue because of lack of power try doing the other events or quests to grind the needed power.
Guild is important if you want hero fragments. Find a good guild and start fighting guild bosses and make contributions
Class bonus are important. Build a team with that knowledge since they gain really good buff and you will need it later.
This game is really good when you have things to do and want to spend some quick time. If you like grinding to get more powerful and the luck of gacha games, I would recommend it to you. Of course if you play the MOBA version of Mobile Legends, it’s a must to play this game. They are the same characters and you will probably like the in-game lore.
