OMEN by HP | ESL India Premiership, India’s longest running esports league, is back again this year and is going to start from 26th April. This flagship esports league will have three seasons running throughout the year with an overall prize pool of 1.1 crore INR.
The event is brought to us by NODWIN Gaming, an esports company that has bridged the gap between the Indian gaming community and ESL India Premiership. The event would have been impossible without OMEN by HP, a company that has given gamers access to premium gaming peripherals. Intel continues its valuable partnership with ESL India Premiership and joining this esports league for the fourth consecutive year is HyperX. The streaming partner for the event is Hotstar, who has decided to return for the second consecutive year.
OMEN by HP | ESL India Premiership, like before, will have major game titles viz, Counter Strike: Global Offensive, Dota 2, and Clash Royale, for this mega tournament which will be running throughout the year. However, this year, gamers will experience a major change as they’re going to see an additional game title in this event which is Brawl Stars, for mobile gaming.
This league will have an upgraded tournament format, with the prize distribution structure being revised to reward consistently performing teams with prizes during the league. The Challenger and Masters League is going to kickoff with 8 teams while the Starter Cups will remain open for freshers trying to compete with veterans of the league. One of the best parts of this league is that the champions of the CS:GO tournament will get to represent their country on a global stage as they’ll get a direct invite the Asia Qualifiers of ESL Pro League.
Entering its fourth year, OMEN by HP | ESL India Premiership will continue its quest for new champions, with participants facing new challenges and aiming for the champions trophy.
