The new SEA powerhouse, Team Tigers beat Na’Vi 3-2 to become the DreamLeague Season 10 champions. This secures their spot in the upcoming Kuala Lumpur Major.
Tigers seemed very strong in the entire tournament. They placed first in their group, dropping only a single match in the entire group stage, and they never dropped to lower bracket in the playoffs.
Na’Vi placed second in their group and lost to Tigers in the first round of the playoffs, sending them to the lower bracket. They defeated Vega Squadron, Infamous and Royal Never Give Up and made their way to the Grand Finals to face off against Tigers.
The first match was a complete stomp by Tigers. Ahjit dominated the game with his Meepo, going 17-3-4. inYourdreaM also had a solid game on weaver with a score of 11-1-20. Tigers closed out the game in 27 minutes.

In the second game, Tigers went for a Huskar draft. They built up a solid lead in the early game but Crystallize’s Gyrocopter and Magical’s Storm turned the tides. These two cores were providing a massive amount of damage in fights, but Blizzy’s Axe was the true MVP of the game. It was incredible to watch the amount of crowd control he was providing in teamfights. Na’Vi tied the score 1-1.
Absolute madness! @jenyaree gets the three-man Berserker’s Call and @natusvincere takes Game 2! https://t.co/sl3BSJGveF #DHDreamLeague pic.twitter.com/t1uZib11H8

Third game was a stomp by Na’Vi. They got their Axe pick for the second time and Blizzy worked his magic again. Tigers lost all their lanes and Blizzy never let Tigers have the teamfight they were looking for. Na’Vi finished the game in 24 minutes, taking the lead 2-1.
Blizzy is just insane on this Axe!! 👹https://t.co/sl3BSJGveF#DHDreamLeague @jenyaree @natusvincere pic.twitter.com/x1QjqflhYQ

In the fourth game, Na’Vi decided to finish off Tigers with a last pick Huskar for Crystallize. Tigers had no intentions of losing however. Huskar had a bad laning phase and Na’Vi did not get the early game momentum that they were hoping for. By the mid-game, Ahjit’s Mirana and inYourdreaM’s Invoker became too farmed for Na’Vi to handle. Tigers forced out the GG from Na’Vi in 38 minutes, taking the series to deciding Game 5.

In Game 5, Tigers went for a lane winning draft while Na’Vi went for a teamfight oriented draft. Na’Vi had 4 teamfight heroes with Treant Protector, Phoenix, Faceless Void and Enigma. As expected, Tigers won the laning phase. MoonMeander on Underlord went for a complete 5 man build. Although Na’Vi had superior teamfight, Tigers lineup was way too tanky due to Moon. He had Helm of the Dominator, Pipe and Greaves by 26 minutes. This allowed Ahjit’s Mirana and inYourdreaM’s Lina to dish out massive damage. Tigers closed out the series 3-2 becoming the DreamLeague Season 10 champions.
