The vision behind the development of CoD Mobile is on the right track. Just after the closed beta release, the game is already very popular. It has seen a massive number of downloads and a must try for the Call of Duty fans. I have played the game for more than 6-8 hours now and here is my CoD Mobile first impression.
CoD Mobile has an action-packed gameplay
The game is fully action packed. The game has enough content to keep someone hooked to it. There is no time to sit inside the game. The game will allow you to respawn as many times as the match goes on and you can keep the action ongoing. And the easy to use controls will only make the action crisp and clear for you.
Enough number of game modes to keep you hooked
There are 5 different multiplayer game modes – Team deathmatch, Frontline, Domination, Hardpoint and Free for all. The game also unlocked the Battle Royale mode today. Players can also play competitive ranking matches to rank their characters from Rookie-level to Masters. Even though it is just the closed beta, it has got enough content to keep you entertained.
Beautiful graphics and sound system
Graphics are decent in CoD Mobile and so is the sound system. I did not experience any lag so far. But there have been a couple of issues with the voice connect with the teammates. But looking at it from beta expectations, it delivers more than the expectation. I must say that the graphics and sound effects will make you feel that you are playing a PC game.
Weapons, Maps, and Skills inside the game
Call of Duty Mobile brings up maps and weapons from the Call of Duty series. The maps and guns are well optimized to give you a great experience on a mobile device. Although there is no variation of characters in the game for regular multiplayer, for Battle Royale, you’ll get to choose the class of your character. There is a loadout system in the game which will allow you to preset the types of weapons and other stuff you want to carry.
Battle Royale mode is here to compete with PUBG Mobile
Probably the best part of the game is battle royale. And guess what, the game is probably going to give a tough competition to PUBG Mobil or any other battle royale games once it goes for official release. The battle royale has got only one map for now, but comparing with the other game modes of the game, it needs a lot of improvement. Sensitivity can be an issue sometimes though. But as I said earlier, the game delivers more than the expectation. One thing I have noticed is that the battle royale mode has some similarities with Apex Legends.
As a mobile game in closed beta, the game has already made its mark among the mobile gaming community. And with time, we can expect much more improvement to it. Activision and Tencent have done a great job with the beta release and we can not wait for the official release to come. And then we will see where the game stands and if it can push PUBG Mobile from the throne. That was our CoD mobile first impression. Let us know what you think in the comments down below.
